Baobab has a unique sherbet-like citrusy flavour. Blend 2-4 teaspoons into your favourite shake or smoothies, sprinkle onto muesli or porridge or mix with natural yoghurt.
As baobab is so fibre rich, when taking with water, mix into a paste using a little liquid before topping up your glass.
