What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• Commonly used as a flavouring in curries as well as a food supplement, Fenugreek is an aromatic Mediterranean plant. The seeds produced by the plant are used whole or powdered as a spice whilst the leaves can be eaten as a vegetable.
