Expert Beauty Sleep Collagen is a chocolate flavoured powder, ideal for mixing with hot water or milk. Grab your favourite mug and add 13g (approximately 6 level teaspoons spoons) of powder, top up with 250ml of hot water or milk and stir well. Do not exceed stated dose.

Take 13g Powder Serving Size per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
