Holland & Barrett Xtralean Softgel capsules combine Caffeine, Green Tea, Ginger, Guarana, Maca, Yerba Matte, Tyrosine and Chromium - all within one rapid release capsule. You must be 18 years or older to purchase this product.
Take two capsules before breakfast and two capsules at mid-afternoon. Begin use with half the recommended dose (one capsule twice per day) for the first seven days to assess your tolerance. If you have difficulty sleeping, do not take after 4:00 P.M. Do not exceed stated dose. For best results, use in combination with exercise and a low-fat diet.
