Shipping & Returns

Delivery of Products

a)    We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. Estimated delivery will be within 3 to 5 working days.

b)    If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

c)    If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Cancelling Orders

a)    You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing within 48 hours after placing your order, or before the delivery of the order, whichever earlier. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.

b)    You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation. An administrative fee may be charged for the successful cancellation.

c)    If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address mentioned above. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service.

d)    You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

General

a)    The products advertised in the Web Site are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale.

b)    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the republic of Singapore.


How Do I Return a Product?

Returning Supplements:

We are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, please return the unopened products to the returns address below. Returning Food Products (confectionery, fruit, nuts and seeds) If you find any of our food products in a state not for human consumption, please email our Customer Support: Email: Customer Care (customercare@jaygee.com.sg)

Please do not send any food products back which have not been requested.

Lost or Damaged Parcel

If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please email our

Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 30 days of the dispatch date) to the returns address below. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.

Additional Returns Information

We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products with the consignment number on the outside of your parcel, by recorded delivery to the below address, and the products will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products.

We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products which don't make it back to our warehouse. Alternatively, you can return the products personally.
